Photography Agreement

We prepare a Photography Agreement for all guests. Please sign the agreement at check-in. A signature is accepted in place of a personal seal.

Cancellation Due to Bad Weather

In the event of extreme weather conditions or weather too severe for photography, the tour may be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding.
Please note that no cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to bad weather. However, refunds cannot be issued for tours cancelled partway through.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
2 days prior: 50% / 1 day prior: 75% / Same day: 100%
As we keep group sizes small, we may have turned away other bookings for your session. We appreciate your understanding.

☆ The Crested Kingfisher is a resident bird and can be photographed year-round.
The easiest shooting period is from mid-July to late August, but every season offers its own unique scenes to enjoy.

☆ The Mountain Hawk-Eagle is also a resident bird and can be photographed year-round.
From the perspective of species conservation and habitat protection, we suspend guided sessions during the chick-rearing period. Our guided sessions run from November through May.

☆ The Ruddy Kingfisher arrives as a summer visitor. After settling in, the photography season runs from June through mid-August.
